Upon arrival, I noticed that the rooms were not fully equipped as expected, with no slippers and a mini-bar out of service due to an electrical problem. The shopping bags were a nice touch at first. The staff, although friendly and helpful, tried to charge us for a misplaced key, which wasn't very accommodating. Despite this, they were attentive and offered to let us wait in our room. The hotel's location, although a bit far from the city center, is perfect for those with a car, offering easy and free parking. Valentina kindly offered us breakfast before our departure due to the distance from the center. The dining experience was simple with plastic glasses and limited food variety, which we couldn't fully enjoy due to early tours. However, they did serve delicious sandwiches. Overall, the facilities were adequate.
